One thing that’s been really helpful mentally for me right now is doing a morning meditation, then looking in the mirror and saying some of these affirmations that I’ve written (adapted from other things I’ve heard/seen). I thought I’d make a little bonus post and share a few of them here in case they may help someone else too! Remember to say them with conviction 😉
I am so excited to be learning more and more about myself every single day.
I am strong, resilient, and faithful.
All challenges present a perfect chance to grow.
My journey is guided, my path is unfolding before me.
I love my body and tell myself I’m beautiful every day.
My body works perfectly and I trust what it tells me.
I move my body in a way that makes me feel alive and fulfilled, and rest when it tells me that it needs to recharge.
I am in love with my life and grateful for everything that I have.
My relationship with food is phenomenal – I eat what makes me feel amazing and I enjoy every last bite.
Nothing can shake my inner peace.
I never compare myself to others – we are on different paths and that’s okay.
I am adjusting amazingly to this new season of life.
I carry love in my heart and peace in my soul.
The past is in the past, the future is the future, today is a great day and I am ready to live NOW.
